Once a healthcare provider agrees to a partnership with EHHA, the company will prepare a client staffing agreement (“CSA”) stipulating the scope of engagement and enumerating the roles and responsibilities of each party. A comprehensive process of inquiry is critical part of EHHA's process for delivery value to its provider partners. This discussion is meant to establish mutual understanding around issues such as:

• Description of the services to be provided

• Duration of the agreement and how frequently it is to be reviewed

• Description of how healthcare professionals will be supervised

• Steps to make sure that services are provided in accordance with the plan of care established by the patient’s physician in conjunction

• Standards for personnel, including qualifications, functions, supervision, and in-service training

• Method of determining reasonable costs and payments by EHHA for the specific services to be provided
