About Ednith Home Healthcare

At Ednith Home Healthcare Agency, we enable our clients by understanding their needs and delivering staffing solutions that are responsive to the demands of a challenging and constantly evolving healthcare market. EHHA clients view it as a functional extension of their HR departments empowering them to provide the optimal care, in the optimal place, at the optimal time.

Ednith Home Healthcare Agency was founded by Naomi Musadi Diazabakana, a native of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Naomi’s passion for healthcare is informed by the public health situation that exists in her country and Sub-Saharan Africa generally. Naomi has first-hand experience of the negative consequences that an ineffective healthcare system can have on individuals and society at large. She has a deep understanding of how catastrophically the lack of adequate healthcare facilities, training, professional training, and public awareness around proper habits to maintain physical and mental well-being can impact individuals’ quality of life. These revelations motivated her to pursue a career in healthcare so that she could positively influence the lives of others.

Naomi started working in the healthcare industry in 2008 gaining experience across many positions and quickly rising the ranks to achieve leadership roles. She developed meaningful relationships with healthcare providers, academic institutions, and industry thought leaders that she knew would be helpful throughout her career. It was while employed as Group Home Director at the Edinburg Center in Lexington, Massachusetts that Naomi had a vision to start Ednith Home Healthcare Agency. Naomi felt that this would best allow her to advance her life’s mission of supporting the delivery of quality healthcare and their consequent patient outcomes. Naomi felt that given her experience, existing relationships, and current state of the healthcare industry, particularly from the current labor perspective, she was well positioned to create a home healthcare staffing agency and guide it to a successful entry into the market.
